I would like to thank you for your speech about “EU hypocrisy over Polish government attack on media”.

As you stated in the very beginning: “The systematic attack by the current Polish Government on citizens and journalists who are critical of the current regime is outrageous”.

On one hand Polish government issues quite safe statements and declarations supporting the freedom of speech in Belorussia while at the same time it wouldn’t stand any criticism at home and the opposition is referred to as “anti-state, anarchic and destructive” as was exactly the case during soviet occupation.

The local court, instigated by the government, requested for the leader of the opposition ( scil. Jaroslaw Kaczynski ) to undergo compulsory psychiatric assessment, called off in the last moment in the face of general outrage.

( the Soviets, once they couldn’t go on shooting the political opponents in the back of their heads, used to lock them up in lunatic asylums on pretence of “asymptomatic schizophrenia” – there was a logic in it as only a schizophrenic could be against Soviet Union … or EU for that matter ).   

Criticism towards the government expressed by Polish football supporters ( like “we are football fans, not scapegoats for the governmental failures” ) resulted in them being banned from attending numerous games and individual prosecution by the police.

Some other ( by no means all ) cases of serious breach of civil liberties in Poland were indicated to you by MEP Zbigniew Ziobro ( Law and Justice party ).

 

I would like to bring to your attention the recent plans of legislative changes on pretence of “preventing and fighting terrorism in Poland” ( SIC! ).

The Warsaw police has already been equipped with LRAD ( MOBILNY LRAD-500X ) although the current law explicitly forbids using it – well, that is why the law will be changed shortly.

According to the new legislature, “the policeman will be allowed to shoot even pregnant women and children – if he finds they can commit an act of terror”

( cf. Legal Daily, GW ) – the wording as written in the linked on-line paper. Please note that it is happening in Poland where the last acts of terror were perpetrated by the communists against the Polish people.

We are justified in our suspicions that all those “counter-terrorism” measures might in fact be used by the government against its own citizens in Poland.

Please be free to double-check all this information with your Polish colleagues in PE.

 

Many people in Poland regard you as their friend and ally as whoever stands for truth and freedom is indeed our friend and ally.

Nic nowego, raczej z cyklu znacie to posluchajcie.

Najpierw podziekowalem mu za wczesniejsze wystapienie w obronie niezaleznosci polskich mediow ( por. EU hypocrisy over Polish government attack on media ), potem wspomnialem m.in. o sadowym wezwaniu lidera opozycji na badania psychiatryczne.

Rzeczy, o ktorych mogl nie wiedziec, to zakup “trabek sygnalowych” LRAD dla warszawskich oddzialow prewencji oraz nowy projekt ustawy “antyterrorystycznej” – wspomnialem przy tym, ze akurat ostatnimi terrorystami w Polsce nie byli bynajmniej talibowie z Al-Kaidy, ale komunisci i ze zywimy uzasadnione obawy, iz upowaznienie do “strzelania do kobiet w widocznej ciazy i dzieci” moze miec predzej zastosowane przeciwko wlasnym obywatelom, niz wobec “terrorystow”.

 

Na koniec posmarowalem nieco miodu, piszac, iz “wielu ludzi w Polsce uwaza Pana za przyjaciela i sojusznika, poniewaz ktokolwiek broni prawdy i wolnosci, jest w istocie naszym przyjacielem i sprzyzmierzencem”.

Jak widac porzadny z niego gostek, a jeszcze maja zwyczaj szybko odpowiadac na nawet najmniej sensowne maile.

I tylko pozostal mi gorzki posmak na mysl, ze musimy zwracac sie o pomoc do obcego CEP-a, podczas gdy mamy naszych polskich, na cieplych, europejskich posadach.

Po kolei: do Siwca, owszem, moznaby napisac, ale zeby co najwyzej … oddalil sie szybko. Z kolei do niedawna tylko zewnetrznie do prosiecia podobny neo-skin Kaminski zajety jest wkupywaniem sie w laski POmuny, Migalski takoz.

Wiec moze chociaz Rysiek Czarnecki przestalby zbijac baki i wspomogl jezykowo Ziobre i poinformowali europejski parlament tudziez media, jak wyglada pomunistyczna “polityka milosci” w praktyce.

Z drugiej strony na usprawiedliwienie mozna przyjac, ze w odroznieniu od naszych, jakby takiego Najdżela poszczuc Wscieklym Stefanem ( “cwok, nieuk, jaki to europosel, po co nam taki europosel” ), to ani Najdżel sie nie przejmie, ani Wyspy nie zadrża, najwyzej jakis brukowiec zamiesci zdjecie Stefana w dziale przyrodniczych ciekawostek, obok baby z brodą.
